Hello, fair folks! 👋🏼 How was your week? Mine was rough (health wise), but a trip to the ER painted some color to it because of a funny incident. I also spent some time with my geeky side, all satisfied and delighted with my shiny new toys.

“Sorry for being such a millennial but no house, no money, just avocado.” Don’t hate on avocados. They are the heroes without capes.
Reminder: It’s okay (to not be okay)
Today’s post was meant to be different than this. I wanted my usual kdrama report. My usual horror recommendations. I wanted to gush more about the kdrama perfection that is “Destined With You.” But, well, here we are.

I don’t think I will ever get tired of saying things like, “It’s the middle of August already?” I swear, it feels like time flies faster the older you get. Lately, I’ve been thinking of how cool it would be if time travel was real. I’d definitely travel back to the 90s, hands down. Casey Kasem’s Top 40 on the radio. I feel like words fail me now, and all thoughts and feelings that come with that statement? They are swiftly followed by the urge to just sleep and sleep and sleep. The rainy weather we’ve been having recently is like a slice of sunshine in my little corner of the world. I used to hate rainy days with passion, but I’ve come to appreciate it the older I grew.
I’ve been cobbling together some words for this romantic comedy I’ve been writing and it’s been rough lately. Why do the scenes look so good in my head, but when I write them I feel like something’s lacking? 😅 I think I have evolved into a creature who is just screaming words out into the void.
All right. Tangent comes to a full stop now. Who else here has been watching ongoing dramas (Korean dramas)? Please make yourself known, because I’d love to get to know more fellow kdrama fans.
