I’ve been busy growing my cult, which we named “Yah Cult.” 🙃 Not gonna lie. It kept me entertained during my recuperation period after the operation. If you haven’t tried “Cult of the Lamb”, I highly recommend it if you’re into roguelike video games. It’s cute. It’s also sinister.

Aside: That zero dark cacao cake from South Korea was SO GOOD. 🤤 I could eat a dozen of that in a row. 😁 *is proud* 😆

We watched “Chateau” recently. It’s a horror

We watched “Chateau” recently. It’s a horror movie about a young woman and her boyfriend who goes to an old chateau in France to capture the supernatural.

It’s pretty good. The setting was beautiful 😍 and the storyline was interesting. Even though the plot twist was predictable and the ending could’ve been better, it’s still something worth watching.

If you want to be scared while admiring the place, try “Chateau.”

📌 Kdrama report: I started watching “Unmasked” and it’s so good! If you like feisty female leads and unpredictable male leads + bringing down criminals by exposing them to the world through a TV show, then this Kdrama might also be your cup of tea.

“When the Stars Gossip” is another Kdrama that I’m loving right now. I thought I was signing myself up for a serious drama and ended up getting an unserious, unbothered, and clumsy male lead. 😆 The outer space and astronauts factors definitely add to the interest. 🪐 👩‍🚀

📌 I just got started on “The Last Days of Jack Sparks” because while I’m terrified of possession movies, I can tolerate possession books. 🙃 We’ll see how that one goes.

And that’s all for me (for now), folks! 🙂 I hope your January is turning out to be the January of your dreams. ✨ We only have a few days left and before we know it, February is here and we blink or look away for one hot minute and BOOM! Remember: Health is wealth and doom scrolling is not recommended during bedtime, but we do it anyway because life is hard. 🫠

My brain is still in disbelief that it’s already

My brain is still in disbelief that it’s already 2025 and that we’re already halfway through January. I am still recovering from my operation and all is well and good. The stitches inside hurt at times, but I’ll survive. 😁 How have you folks been?

I’ve been busy with TikTok. No, I think this is more accurate: TikTok has consumed me. You folks would not believe where doom scrolling it has led me. 😆 It even led me to this post, and that’s just scratching the surface. I’m sure it’s happened to the best of us. I wonder what was the weirdest or strangest posts that TikTok led you to?

I’ve been led to the back rooms, how life was in Ancient Greece and the medieval time, tuna pesto pasta, Korean skincare, Seventeen at the airport getting ready for their flight here, astrophysics, murder mystery kdramas, etc. You know, the usual feed. 😆

I’m not sure if I’ll be getting back to posting regularly here. Even my Story has been collecting dust. 😅 I’m sure I’ll make sporadic posts (like this one! 😁), though. I’ll be checking what you all are doing from time to time. Just not as much as I used to. Maybe I have outgrown Instagram during my recuperation period? 🤔 Who knows? Stay tuned.

The last couple of days of October just melted tog

The last couple of days of October just melted together with the first few days of November. I honestly can’t keep track of what happened when or where. 😵‍💫 All I know is that:

- I ate good food.
- I finished a short horror story.
- I’ve visited the hospital more than once for check-ups and lab tests.
- I’ve consumed more than one horror book.
- I’m 🆎 positive.
- I can finally drink coffee again!!!! *shrieks with utmost joy and excitement* This is a big deal for me, guys. I haven’t had coffee since 2018, and now I can. 🥲

I recently finished “The Saturday Night Ghost Club” by Craig Davidson. His writing style reeled me in. I like it a lot. (That’s another blathering for another post.) Then I began reading “Confessions” by Kanae Minato.

May your November be kind, your pillows always soft and fluffy, your coffee/tea delicious, and your nights beautiful — perfect for dreams and sound sleep. 🌙🎑

Also? Don’t you need me like I need you now?
Sleep tomorrow, but tonight go crazy… 🎶 😆
